Panda Beauty Return & Refund Policy
At Panda Beauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality cosmetics and healthcare products directly to your door. If something goes wrong with your order, we are here to make it right.
Refunds or replacements are available in the event of delivery failures, damaged products, or missing/incorrect items, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get your beauty essentials to you as soon as possible. A full refund is available if you request an order cancellation before your order has been processed or shipped. Please note that certain specialized items (such as pre-order inventory) cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your items arrive damaged or fail to function properly, we will gladly issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
- Reporting Window: You must report the issue to our support team within 30 days of delivery.
- Evidence Required: Please submit valid photo or video evidence clearly demonstrating the defect or damage (e.g., a short video showing a product's pump not working, or a clear image of a broken palette).
- Please Note: Refunds and replacements are only issued if the product itself arrives damaged or broken. We cannot process refunds for superficial damage to the shipping packaging if the actual product remains intact and fully functional.
- No Returns Necessary: In most cases, you will not be required to ship the defective item back to us! You may keep or safely dispose of it.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product, the wrong shade/size, or if an item is missing from your package, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
- Evidence Required: Please contact us within 30 days with clear images of the item you received, the original packaging, and the shipping label. Be sure to indicate exactly what part of the order was incorrect (e.g., incorrect SKU, wrong color, or missing item).
4. Order Delays
We strive for prompt delivery, but international shipping can occasionally face unexpected delays. If your order shows no tracking information, remains pending, or is stuck in transit, Panda Beauty will, at our discretion, resend the product or issue a full refund if it expires beyond the following timeframes:
- Global Orders (including the UK): 60 days from the shipping date
- U.S. Orders: 45 days from the shipping date
- Brazil Orders: 110 days from the shipping date
5. Orders Marked as "Delivered"
If your tracking information indicates that the order was successfully delivered to your address, we cannot process a refund or replacement for a lost package. If you did not receive the package despite the tracking status, you must provide a formal non-delivery certification from the carrier or postal authority before we can investigate further.
6. Refund Eligibility Window & Processing Time
- 90-Day Limit: All refund or replacement requests must be made within 90 days of the original payment date. Any order older than 90 days is automatically ineligible for a refund or replacement, regardless of the reason.
- Processing: Once your claim and evidence are verified by our team, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
